This year 2021, we decided to give an update to WSuite, the application with which we deliver our services. This update aims to improve our service and make life a little easier for our customers. In order to guide you through the changes in WSuite, we will start by outlining each one in general terms:
1. New more intuitive interface
With your comfort in mind, the new WSuite interface will save you some clicks and will give you more information about your reports.
2. Favorites
You will be able to mark some reports as favorites to get quicker access to them.
3. Notifications
There will be a notification system through which we will inform you about your reports, tickets and others.
4. Comments
Now you will be able to leave comments for other people who see the reports, you can also tag users.
5. Feed
New section to provide you with articles that might be of your interest.
The home of the new version of WSuite is an overview of your reports, with a table showing some metrics about your reports. The table will show your favorite reports first and any one you click on will allow you to navigate to it.
The sidebar has also been changed, it will now show all your reports permanently, making navigation easier. Finally, there is a menu button on the top left that will allow you to hide the sidebar in case you need more space to view your reports.
With the Favorite button, you will be able to bookmark the reports you use the most. Favorite reports will appear first in the home table and will also be at the top of the sidebar.
In this version of WSuite we implemented a notification system that will alert you to the following.
Within the reports there will be comment boards, the intention of this section is that teams can communicate internally and leave annotations that have to do with the content of the report, you can tag your colleagues if you need to!
It is important to mention that if you need to communicate with Datawalt, you must use the SOS Ticket button in the top bar.
